Just in case you missed last nights National Championship game with Clemson routing Alabama be glad that you did. The game was pretty much decided from the outset. After a pick six in the first couple of minutes by Clemson's A.J Terrell. The game never got any better for the Crimson Tide as the Tigers continued to keep the pressure on and foot on the gas scoring on their first 4 out of 6 possessions going into halftime with a 31-16 lead.
Even after the half the Tigers continued on with a dominating performance throughout the 2nd half behind the unbelievable games from their talented young core starting with National Championship OVP Freshman Quarterback Trevor Lawrence, and their talented wideout Justyn Ross who made spectacular catch after spectacular catch. Most coming on 3rd downs which killed any momentum Alabama could try to gain. Alabama being the national power they are could not get ANYTHING going against Clemson's defense led by senior Christian Wilkins. The Clemson Tigers dominated in time of possession eating up the last 10 minutes of the game behind Trevor Lawrence and an amazing game plan by the Clemson coaching staff.
Is Clemson the new National power after avenging the loss from the year before?! With a lot of returning core its safe to say they are in for a long ride barring any injuries and we are all sure that Alabama will be right their sniffing up their heels...
